Ingredients:

  • 24 clams, shucked and cleaned
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, garlic, parsley, basil, and lemon zest.
  3. Season the mixture with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Place the clams on the grill in a single layer, and brush them with the olive oil mixture.
  5. Grill the clams for 5-7 minutes, or until they are heated through and the shells have opened.
  6. Discard any clams that do not open.
  7. Serve the clams hot, with lemon wedges on the side. Enjoy!

You can also bake the clams in the oven at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes until they are heated through. Enjoy!
