A recipe for baked salmon!

Here is a recipe for baked salmon:

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a large baking dish and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve the baked salmon hot, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

Note: If you don’t have an oven, you can also grill the salmon. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. You can also pan-fry the salmon in a little oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
