Here is a recipe for trout sashimi in ceviche:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound trout, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup lime juice
  • 1/2 cup orange juice
  • 1/2 cup lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped red onion
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped cilantro
  • 1 jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
  • Salt, to taste
  • Avocado slices, for serving (optional)
  • Corn chips, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place the trout slices in a large, shallow dish.
  2. In a small bowl, mix together the lime juice, orange juice, lemon juice, red onion, cilantro, and jalapeño pepper.
  3. Pour the juice mixture over the trout slices and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 4 hours.
  4. Season the ceviche with salt to taste.
  5. Serve the ceviche cold, with avocado slices and corn chips on the side if desired.

Note: You can also add other ingredients to the ceviche, such as diced tomatoes, diced cucumbers, or diced mango, for extra flavor and nutrition. You can also serve the ceviche with a sauce, such as a spicy mayonnaise or a chipotle mayonnaise, for added flavor. Just be sure to prepare the sauce while the ceviche is marinating.
