A recipe for salmon burgers!

Here is a recipe for salmon burgers:

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound salmon, cooked and flaked
  • 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped scallions
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the cooked salmon, bread crumbs, egg, scallions, parsley, Dijon mustard, paprika, and salt and pepper.
  2. Form the salmon mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the salmon burgers and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they are golden brown and heated through.
  5. Serve the salmon burgers on hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, and red onion slices, if desired.

Note: You can also add other ingredients to the salmon mixture, such as minced garlic, grated lemon zest, or chopped herbs, for extra flavor. You can also top the salmon burgers with a sauce, such as a tartar sauce or a rémoulade sauce, for added flavor. Just be sure to prepare the sauce while the salmon burgers are cooking.
