A recipe for pan-frying salmon!

Here is a recipe for pan-frying salmon:

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  2. Place the salmon fillets in a large baking dish and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  3. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Heat a large, heavy skillet over medium-high heat.
  5. Add the salmon fillets and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve the pan-fried salmon hot, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

Note: If you don’t have a stove, you can also bake the salmon in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. You can also grill the salmon. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat and grill the salmon for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
