Here is a recipe for grilled salmon:

Ingredients:

  • 4 salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the salmon fillets in a large baking dish and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Season the salmon with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the salmon on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve the grilled salmon hot, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

Note: If you don’t have a grill, you can also bake the salmon in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake the salmon for 10-12 minutes, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. You can also pan-fry the salmon in a little oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
