A recipe for grilled halibut!

Here is a recipe for grilled halibut:

Ingredients:

  • 4 halibut fillets, about 6 ounces each
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic.
  3. Place the halibut fillets in a large baking dish and brush both sides with the olive oil mixture.
  4. Season the halibut with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Place the halibut on the grill and cook for 4-6 minutes on each side, or until the fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
  6. Serve the grilled halibut hot, with lemon wedges on the side if desired.

Note: If you don’t have a grill, you can also bake the halibut in the oven. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and bake the halibut for 10-12 minutes, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. You can also pan-fry the halibut in a little oil over medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until it is opaque and flakes easily with a fork.
