A recipe for bakkwa fried rice!

Here is a recipe for bakkwa fried rice:

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup diced bakkwa (Chinese barbecued pork)
  • 1/2 cup frozen peas and carrots, thawed
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Green onions, thinly sliced, for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large, heavy wok or skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add the garlic and sauté for 1 minute, or until fragrant.
  3. Add the bakkwa and frozen peas and carrots to the wok and sauté for 2-3 minutes, or until they are heated through.
  4. Add the cooked rice to the wok and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the rice is hot and well-coated with the sauce.
  5. Stir in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and sugar.
  6. Season the bakkwa fried rice with salt to taste.
  7. Serve the bakkwa fried rice hot, garnished with green onions if desired.

Note: You can also add other ingredients to the bakkwa fried rice, such as diced onions, diced bell peppers, or diced mushrooms, for extra flavor and nutrition. You can also serve the bakkwa fried rice with a sauce, such as a spicy mayonnaise or a teriyaki sauce, for added flavor. Just be sure to prepare the sauce while the bakkwa fried rice is cooking.
